Tablet Service Order No- 8400348037 , I had submitted my tablet on 20th Nov at Ghaziabad HCL Service Center, they send my tablet to Noida Service center on 25th Nov & the guys are stating that they will repair the tablet in minimum 15 to 20 days but it is almost over 40 days but my tablet is not repaired yet, the guys are stating that you have to wait, but how long I have to wait they are unable to answer for this, & I had spoken to Mr dinesh on his mob no- 9818364888 who is working in HCL Noida service centre, he is stating that I have to wait but he is not having answer that how long I have to wait. I told him to that if you are unable to repair my tablet then replacement my tablet , but he refused to do the same, while my tablet has an replacement warranty if company is unable to repair my tablet, I had spoken several times to Mr Dinesh , HCL customer care nos, send mail to their feedback mail id- hcltouch.reg@hcl.com & nodalofficer@hcl.com, but they are not taking any strict action…

I just want my tablet repaired or if they are unable to repair & then replace or if they are unable to replace & then I want my hard earn money back , so that I can purchase another tablet of some trusted branch expect HCL … plz refer to attachment of my service order -8400348037
