I have purchased HCL Tablet on July 31, 2014 after five months its screen got damaged. I have approached the authorized service centre of HCL at Ghaziabad. But after contacted several times at service centre and they always given me the repeated answer that part is not available. After some time about 50 days I have contacted HCL call centre and I have lodged complaint about the non-available of part. The counter reply of my email they mentioned that the matter will solved shortly. But on 4th April 2014 the email received by me from HCL they assured to me solve my problem within 10-15 days but till date no communication from HCL as well as from HCL authorised.
