I have brought an HCL ME U2 Tablet on 4th may 2013 from snapdeal.com. after 3 months there are thin linings started to come on the LCD screen. In October i made a complaint in HCL service center. they said that it will be replaced with a new LCD screen in a week. but almost 2 and half months have been passed but they do not replaced it.. and just giving lame excuses every time i call them or contact them.
1.I want that my LCD screen be replaced with a new one before 28th of december 2013.(due to some reasons). 2.I want hcl to pay for my loss in making phone calls , tension that i have beard and the losses caused due to their neglegancy towards my damaged product.
