I have purchased 2 HCL TAblets in Aug – 13 and after a months they stopped working so i have visited to service center They took 1.5 month to resolve the problem but still not resolved and after that they returned the tablets saying we are closing service center because there is no cooperation by HCL, after that i have called to HCL customer care but no proper resolution provide just there is our another service center 160 kms away from your city you had to visit there i told them i am working person i can’t travel 150 kms but i can send it by courier but still they refused saying you had to visit there, and now its been 8 months Still i haven’t got the service please look into this matter
