Sir, I had ordered HCL desktop (HCL Ezeebee AC2V0257) through online purchase from hclstore.in, dated:10.12.2013. My order No:95783. But product not delivered to me due to non-availability of product from HCL side. I have contacted them so many times telephonic ally for refund the money(Rs. 29,800).But till date i didn’t get my money back and also there is no positive response from their side. Plz take necessary action.

Request to refund the money (Rs. 29,800) and advise them not to display the non available product in their website.
