HDFC Bank – delay in updation of mobile number

I had changed my mobile number in 2011 and sent out applications for updating the same in all the bank records I deal with. However, HDFC since 2011 has been repeatedly harassing me for such a simple thing. I have sent the application more than 10 times in past three years but every time they make some excuse and ask me to resend the application. Earlier they told me they never received any application from me while I have continuously dropped it in HDFC branches as per the guidance of branch executives. Later, last four times I have sent through speed post directly to their office in Chennai. Since last four times, they are saying that they will not update the mobile number as signature does not match. I also sent them my PAN Card copy along with fresh application with signature exactly same as in PAN Card but still they refused to update the number. And they have never provided a solution to the issue and rather they just keep on sending same message (exact copy and paste) from previous interactions. I have all the email copies of mails exchanged between us in past three years for the same issue. I also have speed post tracking number for the latest PAN card and application that was delivered to them earlier this year.

Firstly, I want them to update the number correctly. Secondly, I want an apology letter for the harassment explaining the reason for such an act. Finally, a compensation of INR 500,000 for the stress the bank put me through and the imbalance created in my work life and body.
