Hi, I had HDFC Bank Credit Card. I shifted to US in Nov, 2011 and in March, 2012 i had been informed that my credit card would be closed according to card member agreement as i would be NRI. They did not close my credit card and kept on charging me. In December 2012, i talked to the Debt Representative and made a deal and paid a sum of Rs. 1500/-. She said she would be reversing all other charges and my account would be closed. It was still not closed and till date HDFC Bank Credit Card Division is not giving any proper answers and charging a sum of Rs. 1500 per month.
Rs. 7500/- false charges that are being claimed by HDFC Bank. Since i am NRI, there are taking advantage and not giving anything in writing. Everytime i have to make international calls for around half an hour, trying to explain them, but the do not respond at all. They all give round about answer and false promises. The executives who know my name, they do not even pick up my calls. I am making international calls to them. Even the grievance redressal is giving round about answers.
They should reverse all charges and close my account.
