HDFC Bank applied charges of Rs 337.08 as depository charges to my SB account on 14-Jul-2014. When I asked them the reason by email, they replied back that, I had not executed any transactions for the last one year. But the fact is that I had bought and sold shares in the month of Feb-2014. When I replied back to them, they keep parroting the same reason that I have not executed any transaction in the last one year.

I would call this as deficiency in service. I want the depository charge transaction reversed and in future they keep proper records of my stock transactions.
