insurance premium increased by 10% on cancellation of direct debit without intimation. bank officials never told me that next due amount will be 10% higher. they told me that if i wish to have control over payments, i may opt for self payment instead of direct debit.

my term policy of inr 3 cr is getting lapsed as i am not allowed to pay legitimate rs. 57,247. i want to pay above amount but not any increase.
i want to pay above amount (rs 57,247) instead of current demand of rs 64,100.
