I have HDFC CC no 4346 7810 0326 3068, the total due payment on 28 June 2013 was Rs 33561/-, which was told by one of HDFC employee Mr Pankaj Dube, Delhi,(M: 8802695946). The same amount i had deposited in hdfc susari branch kukshi, Dhar MP. He had spoken to me that after depositing this amount, you will get no dues certificate from hdfc bank. But after one month i did not get any certificate from hdfc, in-spite of this i receive additional bill, how it can be generated, if one have paid full & final amount. Why this CC A/C has not been closed so far. I am very frustrated due to this unlawful activity by hdfc.

I request you to look into the matter & instruct to hdfc to close my CC account immediately & issue no dues certificate & compensate me for metal torching & extracting huge amount from me.
