I have utilized HDFC online portal to pay money to other bank through my savings account. The amount has not posted even after 48 hrs of business days. I have tried to call several times to HDFC customer service center. They are not taking this issue as complaint and not provided any resolution to it.

Due to this issue I have faced a late payment fee and also facing bad reputation. More over they are keeping the calls in hold for longer periods so that the call charges levied on customers is very huge so we are facing further more loss from the call charges

I want to get the payment posted with in the time frame to alleviate from the late payments.
