Irresponsible behaviour again noticed from HDFC Bank Kochi – Loan Account No: 603792644. I had couriered the filled Tranching form on 27Dec2013 and is duly received by Hdfc bank Kochi on 30-Dec 2013. But until now they did not take any further step in processing my request instead the amount is being processed under PreEMI and not the EMI amount which is intend to for the Month of Jan-2014. Hope HDFC Bank should have got a Manager who could have helped in passing my Tranching Request. Highly negligence from the Bank as always noticed. Please help if this complaint through this Portal goes to some effectiveness I have logged the same complaint in the grievances portal of HDFC too

Wish the EMI amount gets deducted from Jan 2014 but as per the SMS I received from Bank, the instalment for the month of Jan has already being processed as Pre-EMI and not the actual EMI.
