Without intimation, bank changed minimum balance from 5,000/- to 10,000/-. We were maintaining minimum balance as per our knowledge of 5,000/-. Bank has been deducting 280/- per month from our account from last 7 months (total 1960/-). Now they say, charges are genuine. They are illegal charges. How can they change minimum balance from 5k to 10k and deduct charges without informing customer. Phone number, email address, postal address are all updated in the account.

We lost 2,000/- and trust on bank. These days every bank is opening account on Zero balance and they are raising minimum balance. We want our money back from bank.

We want our money back and the state of account also changed back to 5k as minimum balance. These were the conditions on which the account was opened 6 years back.
