HDFC Credit Card Bill raised inspite of complaint

CHARGE DISPUTE – reg. Credit Card No. 5243 6811 0129 3606 At the outset, I dispute the transaction of Rs. 5823/- on 19.02.2013 with timesjobs.com for the reasons that, the card details were furnished to the telecaller, Anand of timesjobs.com on 19.03.2013, who had unsolicitedly called me about an opportunity with M/s Pantaloon Retail and asked to share the resume with details of age, date of birth, etc. and hence for authentication to fixing the appointment with M/s Pantaloon Retail, and not for carrying out any transaction. I was shocked when I heard that a payment of Rs.5823/- was made by me on 19.2.2013 by card from another telecaller of times jobs.com Narmada who called me on 24.02.2012(Sunday) and sought additional details. I had immediately called the HDFC call center to know if any transactions were done, who confirmed me that a transaction for Rs. 5822.50/- was done. I had therefore requested the HDFC Call centre, Ms. Amrin to invalidate the transactions for which she had taken a request vide no. 13055186580 on 24.02.13 and informed me to sent the dispute form by post which I have already done. I therefore request you not to clear the any payments to timesjobs.com pertaining to the above transaction as the same was a fraud played on me. Despite this intimation, the bank has raised this amount in the bill of march 2013 Thank you, Prabhu Vijayakumar.

To cancel the claim (to the extent of Rs. 5822.50)of wrong billing in my bill March 2013.
