I am holding a Platinum Business Card issued by HDFC Bank Credit Cards Division. No 5535 XXXX XXXX 7618. I had called the Call center to ask about the cash back. My specific question to the Executive was my Card Limit is Rs 75,000, If I spend all the 75,000 and then repay Rs 25,000 and spend another 25,000 on what amount will you give the cash back ? Rs 100,000 of Purchases of just the Statement Balance ?

The executive told me that it will be on the whole Rs 100,000 Purchases at the rate of 1% will be the cash back. However, in my statement, they have given cash back only on the balance amount and not on the entire purchased during the billing period.

I advise customers of HDFC Credit Card to be aware of the Fraud and False Information Call Center executives provide.
