A few month back HDFC bank representative of Sector 43 Chandigarh asked me for insurance which was linked with saving account . I agree to do the same by paying the premium which was deducted from my saving account & told that policy document will be delivered to my address. Since then I have not received any document . So, you are requested to kindly look into the matter & oblige.
