Sir myself jay prakash gupta have taken one policy [HDFC Standard Life] on 5 feb 2008. i have continue paying premium 15000. anually. at present my premium due last date 1 feb 2013 when i go to local office for deposit premium. i meet to alok patel and i have told that kindly deposit my premium thru cheque. but he has to make new policy and my amt . deposit in new policy. this intensely fraud. kindly help me detail are as follows old policy no. 11542876 new policy make by cheater person no are 15785864 my address is jay marketing old galla mandi m.p.e.b. road rewa m.p. contact no 9893548247, 9893048513
