Dear Sir/M’aam, I bought new car in April 2013 and along with it bought a “HDFC ERGO Surv Suraksha” plan by providing 6500 (approx) money as advised by the loan guy, This policy covers any mis-happening in loan tenure and also covers garage cash if the car met with an accident in fist year. Labor amount 500 per day is given by co max to 3500 and my car met with accident in second month and they are not providing me the garage cash as promised. Policies such as these make lame promises to customers at the time of buying a new car and does not pass any claims when required, So all the amount taken by company plus wastage of customers time must be given to customer. So as they have taken 6500 approx from me they should provide me at least 10,000 as compensation
