I have taken term insurance HDFC click to protect from HDFC Life insurance on 7th Oct. 2014. My proposal number is 17134710. I had submitted all required documents on 14th Oct. 2014. Also my medical test was done on 18th Oct. 2014. But they are not issuing my policy. From last 8-9 days I am contacting HDFC customer care for issue of my policy number. but they said we will issue it within 48 hours but nothing happening from their side and i been 8 days no action from their side. I have also sent email many times but they are not replying. I request you to please take action against them.

I need my either policy number or my money (7200 Rs.) back.
