I’d like to bring to the notice of Grievance Cell that HDFC Securities Ltd IPO Interface used by Retail Indian Individual Investors to Apply for the IPO is down in the Morning. According to SEBI Guidelines, they are supposed to keep it open until 5:00 PM on the day of closure of the issue. I’m attaching a screenshot of the System being down to prove my point.

I think this problem is mainly on the IT Systems side where they have not used Cloud Based Development which can scale on demand but these guys appear to be sticking to old client & fixed server model of operation which is obsolete.

Will the concerned regulators SEBI & RBI Look into this issue ASAP ?
