I have placed order on healthgenie site on 25th march for 1444 rs after confirming with one of their executive that the product is available. now after 10 days they say that the product is not available and also say that they have problems in their system to refund money. customer service is very bad.
I had spent a lot to call their customer service and also bought the product out side for more price. I want my refund and would like to compensate the money i have spent on their calls and also the money i spent on the product i bought outside. total of 2000.
