I have surprised to seen hello tunes activated in my mobile without requesting for the same. This is the second time in this month. I have de-activated the same through the SMS but it is charged Rs.3/-. I am doubting this is a purposeful activity from Airtel that , if they activated Hello tunes for 100000 customers without their knowledge while de- activating they will get Rs.300000/- without any effort. This is 100 % cheating !!!!
