Dear sir/mam,I am a consumer of HP laptop and this product is umder warranty.I had registered a complain regarding my key board problem on 5/8/13.They had told me to relace it within 2 days but yet no action had been taken by their team.I had remind their executives about this matter so many times but no proper support came from their side..I told them that i’ll complain u in consumer forum but they said that they are not afraid of it.Please have focus on this matter.
