serial num of my laptop-5CD3376Z66 PRODUCT NUMBER-F2C09PA#ACJ DATE OF PURCHASE-29/10/2013 COST-45500 RUPEES

bought laptop of hp which costed me rupees 45500. i found that there was manufacturing defect in my laptop.there is a pixel defect. i asked dealer to find out solutions for it but instead of taking my matter seriously they gave me hp toll free number.i registered my complaint but they refused to entertain manufacturing defect matter. i also suspect that dealer had sold me old displayed laptop because initial programs were installed before the date i bought the laptop.dealer refused to take my matter.

I WANT MY LAPTOP REPLACED AS IT WAS A MATTER OF MANUFACTURING DEFECT. I PAID MONEY FOR PERFECT LAPTOP BUT I RECEIVED A DEFECTED ONE.
