i have bought an hp laptop nearly a year ago but from the 2nd month i faced the problem regarding my laptop speakers. the stopped working completely. i have submitted the complained regarding this three times.

my laptop speakers has been replaced but the sound quality of that seems to be very dull and poor. i told them that i am not satisfied with that but they said we can only replaced your speakers and nothing ales we can do. not only this the replaced speakers again stopped working next 2 moths.

i want that the company will replace my laptop speakers with the exactly same as come with the laptop
