Hewlett Packard – Warranty issues company stop responding.

I have purchased a laptop on 22/3/2012.. with that i got an offer for extended warranty for which i have paid .. but now the company is saying that they havn”t recieved the payment.. so i contacted my bank for that.. and they have given me the statement that the cheque has been cashed.. the last day for extended warranty is 23/3/2014 kindly see through the matter as i am having many issues related to my laptop.. and the compamy has stop responding.

i just want that my laptop should be repaired under warranty .. some grace period should be given in return of those that are wasted..
