I have choosen bsnl broadband connection 250 per month plan,in which i could download 1gb per month. I had got the connection on 20th of march.since there was only 10 days left for the new month i have used up 1gb data. But when the bill came they have charged for the free download data also. When i enquired about the reason for the over bill, they had given me an explanation than for 10 days i was allowed to use only 350mb of data and i should pay the same 250 rs monthly rent and the additional charges(1108rs) . No officers or staffs had informed me about this over charge. This is nothing but pure cheating for the part of BSNL. As a consumer i should get justice, and nobody else should be cheated like me by the cunning BSNL
