I Purchased Water Purifier (Pureit Marvela UV) on 21-Jul-2013 from Vijay Sales (Maninagar, Ahmedabad) and Installed on 24-Jul-2013 at my Home. After installation, Water Leakage issue identified & logged the complain to Pureit on 29-Jul-2013. However, after so many follow-ups it was temporary resolved after 3 Visit of the engineer by Replacing QG Glass & Circuit of the Unit on 7th Aug-2013 (9 days after complain Logged). I observed that the Circuit which was installed, was not compatible for this model & had cut the existing wires of the unit and fixed it with new circuit WHICH IS NOT IDLE FITTING OF THE UNIT. However, Engineer committed that problem will be resolved. Very next day, I observed Water leakage issue is still persist. At this time I logged the complain at Vijay Sales. Engineer attended the issue on 12-Aug-2013, he could not identify the issue and close the complain stating that There is no issue in Unit. I re-logged the complain at Vijay Sales on 13-Aug-2013. Call was attended by Engineer on 17-Aug-2013 and acknowledged the issue is there (in presence of Vijay Sales representative). I repetitively requested to replace the Unit. But they want to try again and again to repair the Machine and wasting our time as well. However, Mr. Ritesh (from Pureit Service Center) committed to replace the Circuit (Which was not Idle for this model) and will resolve the issue by 19-Aug-2013. However, today I got the call from Mr. Ritesh (09374188300) that I will not able to resolve the issue today since engineer is not available. While one of his engineer called me & informed me that Parts are not available so it will take 2-3 Days to resolve the issue. I am getting different statements from Purit. And it seems they are cheating the customer. 1 month is not completed since I purchased the Unit & I am following-up every day / Alternate day for getting the issue resolved. Request your suggestion & guidance please.

We requested Service Provider to replace the unit with new one otherwise return the money back, since it is manufacturing fault.
