Hello sir, I ,Peeyush Sahay working in defence service as class -I officer.I have purchased Pureit Marvella R.O on 30th jun 2013 from Total mall ,Old airport road,Bangalore but my purit R.O device was not working fine due to very low TDS output<10 .So I registered complaint in Pureit customer care.Three persons 1)name-Mr. Raghvendra, mobile no. 09886655801 2)name- Chetan, Mobile no.09945153169 and 3) name- k shekhar, Mobile no. 099727 11734 came from purit after registeration of complaint in coustomer care and took my device from my home.They also gave handwritten and signed receiving for taking myPureit R.O device on 9-Nov 2013. They gave me commitment of money return on same letter because they were not able to solve problem of Marvalla R.O due to low TDS (near to 140) of my home water supply .they said to me "Marvalla can work fine for above 200 TDS input supply". Nobody came for either of money return nor for device return.So i am totally unsatisfied with the service of Pureit. I am planning to go to consumer court and police complaint regarding stolen my device as well as money of 14000 rupees R.O price. Regards Peeyush Sahay
