I have purchased a Hitachi Air – Conditioner from Khosla Electronics on 21/05/2011, after 2 years we applied for AMC of 1 year from Hitachi the contract was from 23/07/2013 – 22/07/2014.Approx 1 months before we started facing problems in our AC acually it wasn’t cooling our room then we called Hitachi for service after 1 week from the date of complain they arrived to us and informed us that their is some problem in the gas pipe of the AC and they need to take the AC along with them as it cannot be repaired at home so we allowed them, they gave us a slip against our AC and told us to contact them after 1 day. On contacting them they said us that the gas pipe has been leaked and is also not repairable so they need to set a new pipe which will cost us around Rs.5000-Rs.6000 on contacting other person of the same company he said us that the gas pipe can be repaired.
We only want our Air Conditioner in good condition as we are not able to survive in the current temperature of our city.It is a kind and a humble request to you guys that please help me regarding this issue as soon as possible even my child are getting sick because of this.I have attached a scan copy of the receiving slip in which the dates are mentioned of the time of receiving.
