I have complained to Hitachi customer care so many times regarding Hitachi AC (1.5 ton.Sac kaze 3 star sr.SE128B16523 -i),which is not in working condition since July 2013. I have compliant several times at customer care but I have not received proper feedback/response from Hitachi care till now. Its really shame full for Hitachi that a customer has to suffer so much to get his/her AC repaired or replaced. Please find complaint and AC model details as below.
