I bought a Hitachi 1.5 Ton AC on 31/03/14 and was installed 2nd April, 2014 (most likely). The remote of the AC was giving problem from the very beginning and I complained about it to the Reliance Digital shop at Kaikhali. They came and took the Remote around 19th July, 2014. They replaced the remote about 1 and 1/2 month later but with different model not having all the feature as the new one. I have one year warranty from the manufacture (Hitachi) and 4 year extended warranty from Reliance RESQ.
I want the remote to be replaced with a proper one and the company / dealer should give me proper compensation for all the problem I faced during the period of nan-availability of remote for the AC.
