brand new ac stopped cooling with in 25 days of installation due to some unusual manufacturer defect having with in the machine, which reveled after checking and still laying with out repairing the fault for last 09 days. dealer as well as manufacturer both are not interested to change the defective material with a new one neither they repair the fault.

am suffering from extreme heat along with my 3 yrs old son almost for last 10 days and i expended 50 thousand to purchase and there after to install a new ac machine a month before but all in vain now and i am not enjoying the benefit of the machine due to the uncooperative and unfriendly mentally of dealer and manufacturer.

i want my existing ac machine to be changed with an other new set and i would no longer willing to continue with a new products having such an manufacturer defect.
