My Hitachi refrigerator was purchased from Reliance Digital (Avni Mall, Howrah). It was further extended the warranty for 2 years by paying extra money. Ins spite of repeated complains, the company has not been repairing my Fridge.

It has resulted in loss of food items and purchase of a second frige. Also my clild has gone unwell as the food was not getting cooled and we had to take her to daughter. Also my grandfather medicine got damaged and there were multiple harassment.

I want my money to be refunded for the Resque plan purchased from them. Also I want a new refrigerator from them along with cash replacement
