Dear Concern, In spite of making repeated complaints your company has not taken a satisfactory step to resolve my grievances till date and moreover it is a mental harrasment which may lead to dire consequences. 1) PRODUCT PURCHASED:- HITACHI W/AC 1.5T KAZE-318 KSDP(170304) TAX CODE;-Q4 2) DELIVERY DATE:-17/04/2013 3) INSTALLATION DATE:- 19/04/2013 4 INVOICE NO;-SLFO2AO23010059004 DT:-16/04/2013 5) DEALER:- CROMA,ANSAL PLAZA, GREATER NOIDA,(U.P) 6) INSTALLED AT :-D-23,SECOND FLOOR,ALPHA-1,GREATER NOIDA. 7) CURRENTLY INSTALLED AT:-HOUSE NO:E5/3206, SETHI STREET, AZAD ROAD,CHHEHARTA, AMRITSAR (PUNJAB). My first complaint was made on 20/04/2013,reason-no cooling,your prescribed team came and said that the existing stabilizer was faulty immediately a new stabilizer was connected worth INR 2800/-, still the problem persisted. Next complaint made reason given by your team, the room is big,then again the same reason repeated,then your product was taken out and a new unit of CARRIER AIRCON 1.5T of same statistics was installed and till date there is not even a SINGLE COMPLAINT.Your product had been shifted to my AMRITSAR house where once again the same story was repeated but all in vain. As on date your product is a shere wastage of my hard earned money.After having gone through so many unsatisfactory episodes I WANT AN IMMEDIATE SOLUTION.EITHER YOUR COMPANY RETURNS THE AMOUNT BACK OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT. VIMP:- YOUR PRODUCT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY WAS PACKED IN A PLASTIC BUBBLE WRAPPING INSTEAD OF A CARTON. I hope you would never want your company’s name to be defamed.
