My self Rajan Singh. i have booked a holiday package over phone providing my credit card details amount Rs.3999/- (on the basis buy 1 get 1) 3 night 4 days 3 star or 4 star hotel accomodation.(order ID 33332758) it was final amount for particular product. now they offer me some promotion and discount on the above product and while discussing about product the executive had swipe the amount from my credit card Rs17999/-.(order id is 33332839) when i saked why have did this without permission she refused and said u have told. unnecceasary she sold me product and she told me this amout u will be get refund with your product. but the comapany has refused to do so they said comapany does not promise such kind of thing now i cancelled the order but they dont give my refund even they not even attainding my calls.

i want my refund back with intrest which i paid against my credit card and STD calls and mentally torturing,misbehaving,cheating and misleading 50000/-
