Hi All, I have taken 2 years validity Trial Package of Membership worth Rs.15000/- through its EDM mall, Ghaziabad branch from Pandey and Mr. Shahbaz Khan (VM). Club Group of Hotels agents are committing all facility at the time of booking / demo and comparing all facility same as provided by 5 star hotel. Committed facilities with me: 1). Buffet System without any cost. 2). Pick and Drop facility from Hotel to railway station without cost. 3). Local Sightseeing Tour facility. 4). Many other accessories. After taking membership package, on the time of booking hotel, person told me no committed facility provide by “Club Group of Hotels”. Please help me to get money back.
