My name is K.NAGA NAVEEN KUMAR. I made a payment of Rs.7799 on 21/06/2014 for vacation gateway membership as per the discussion done with their executive (Abhishek) from the phone number +91386521xxx. He said that, I have won a LAPTOP of DELL company for my online transactions and if I take a membership Today I will get a DELL Laptop. That is the reason I have taken the membership by paying money through credit card on the same day. My transaction id is : SDL00022268. I got a payment confirmation mail on the same day. Their executive told that, the package will be received within 3-4 days including the GIFT(DELL LAPTOP). I did not receive any verification call regarding my gift/order. I did not received my product also. Since placing my order I have interacted number of times through phone(Customer care number & Number which was given by their executive i.e., 0971107xxx) regarding my gift/order. After one month their executive(Rahul) told that, your order has been cancelled and refund of your money will be credited in your account on 15/07/2014. But till now i did not get my refund. I have given so many mails but no reply has come. There is no use of calling to their customer care numbers.
