Sir, I have purchased a membership on 15th December 2013, and at the time of signing application their executive promised us if we found not good service from company then we can go for the cancellation and there would not be cancellation charges, and i did not read the terms and condition on utmost faith..after signing they must deliver the Kit with all the necessary stuff within 45 days but they did not,then we ask for the same,and they revert that company is at its initial stage and they need some cooperation from client end, we did but after that i found that what ever they promised not fulfilled up then i mail for the cancellation they the revert me that they will not refund any amount against my cancellation.

I have to pay total amount 1,99,000/- and till date i have paid Rs. 63142/- and did not receive the proper Kit and not even the payment receipt from them, i am very dis-pressed and mentally harassed from them, i have wrote n mails to their Chairman and customer care id but did not received any positive response from them and i visited their office sector 14, Gurgaon there their senior person promised me to provide the all stuff within a week but after his promised i have not received any thing from them.

I request you to help me to get my total paid amount from them and penalize them with financial penalty, so they must have a lesson and not dare do this types of activity with another one.
