on January 2014 I had booked for dubai tour , for which I paid a sum of 40000/- advance to Holiday Trip. But after 2 day of payment on searching their reputation I decided to cancel the trip. to which they said they will deduct 17000/- approx for cancellation charges and the rest of the amount will be refunded in 25 days. BUt till date the amount is not refunded, They have dropped fake cheques at my account even they sent me cheques that have bounced. Instead of repeatedly telling them to refund the money. They have not responded. Letter were also sent via courier and emails. But they never refunded a single penny.

This issue is ongoing from January 2014. The amount is 40000/-. I haven’t used any of their services , but still I haven’t been provided the refund, Bounced cheques are an an addition to misery. All this resulting into mental harassment and all my hard earned money is gone. Please help
