Hi, I have ordered Usha automatic sewing machine worth 9000 on December 30, 2013 and they were not delivered the product still and also given a fake AWB number of India post:XM796700465IN( I guess its a fake one because I am not able to track it on indiapost tracking) also in the beginning vendor was forcing me to provide extra money directly through his account.I have called more than 20 times to homeshop18 and mailed them also. but there is no proper response and they are telling me to wait 24 hours. I have waited a month now and the product not delivered. Please help me in getting the product and penalty for this waiting after their promised date

I want the product to be delivered ASAP or refund with penalty
