am complaining about my karbonn A1+ set it has technical problem i m also talk your customer care executive he suggest me that where are u purchase this mobile phone mailed from there a copy of invoice with IMEI No. and then contact us now i have my invoice with IMEI No. which is mailed from HOME SHOP 18 and now your customer care executive tell me that your mobile is not update in our system so that why we are not able to giving servicing your mobile customer care executive said me about box of my mobile phone and i m already said that i m not provide u box of mobile phone .If your company is not able to help me so why are your executive said me of mailed for invoice copy.If my phone is not updated in your system that is not my fault because this is company’s duty now i m trying to talk with customer care executive so they are ignore my call again and again. I m very upset to purchase this mobile please resolve my problem. Dear HOME SHOP 18, I m purchasing a mobile phone that order no. is 924141251 model no. is karbonn A1+ now i want a service from karbonn mobile service centre and there executives said in your handset have not IMEI No. I m very disappointed purchase this mobile from your company i m telling u one thing why are u selling these type of defaulted product. I have last option for going Consumer court if you are not giving me a revert otherwise i m definitely go Consumer court so please resolve my problem. i need the new phone provide the company. if have loss the three month not phone used very poor loss and the service is very poor more again and again visits the services station and not repair my phone . so please need the new phone provide.
