Home shop18 – product was defective Refunding my money

I had ordered an Ironing board price:1970rs on 23-11-13 it was delivered to me on 1-12-13. the product was defective so i called customer care they told me to return the product and sent me the address. I sent back the product to Hariyana on 05-12-13. the product was reached their ware house on 18-12-13. from that day i have been asking for refund every time i get the reply as wait for 48hrs. i had sent all the documents of courier services and proof of delivery still i did not get any refund.

I want the complete refund of my product and shipping charges that i paid to send back.
