Sir, I had returned a product worth Rs 1687/- on 6th March 2014 for which my refund cheque was processed but they are now claiming that they had dispatched the cheque which i never received and then again they were asking me to provide alternate address which i did give them but till today they haven’t dispatched the cheque kindly help me in this regard

I haven;t received my cheque till now worth Rs1687/-. I have been deprived of that amount for the past two months also i didn’t get the product that i wished for.
