I ordered a Hawkins Miss Mary 3 L Pressure Cooker costing Rs 627/- after application of HDFC creditcard discount coupon, online from homeshop18 934550065 and sub order no is 67440839. They delayed the delivery of product so i cancelled the order before the product was delivered to me. Then 2 days after the cancellation of my order they deliver the product to my neighbor as i was unavailable without informing me. when i complained about the same to their online customer service they told me to send the parcel back to BD-36, Shalimar Bagh New Delhi-110088 . and that they will refund the charges incurred for parceling. I sent the parcel via speed post tracking ID EK445913131IN costing me Rs.255/-. and the parcel was returned back to me saying wrong address. Then i called their telephonic customer care and the person to me to send parcel at 902/290, Shalimar village, Industrial area, street no 3, ground floor, delhi. He also told me that previous parcel charges and this new parcel charges will be refunded to me. I sent the parcel at same address, tracking ID EK44592060IN costing Rs. 225/- and again my parcel is returned to me saying wrong address. I again contacted homeshop18 and they told me that i will get a call from their concerned department regarding the same but i haven’t received the call till now.
I want the product to be picked up from my place and refund of all my losses as soon as possible
