I have ordered “3 Burner Automatic Gas Stove with Marble Finish” from shopclues online website on 10 Jan 2014, 07:09 PM with Order Number 10129973, as per the online status the part was shipped from their end but the same is not yet received by me. when i check the status now it is showing delivered to customer. I tryed to track with DTDC courier with the tracking number which shopclues provided to me in email “z10862069” but case to know this is wrong tracking number. Later i contacted Shopclues and they are keep on telling that they are checking on this from past one week.
i am affried i will loose the money and will not get the product due to the poor response from Shopclues. i make around 50-60 phone calls to follow-up on this and i now suspect i will lose the money which i paid for it. 2098/-
i want the refund of the Money as they are not delivering the product to me.
