Purchased a Polo Metal 4 Seater Dinning Set with Tempered Glass Top Table from Home Town- Future Retail Ltd., Siliguri Branch, in June 2014. We were strictly following their instructions about its use. Suddenly last 7th or 8th Feb 2015 arround at 3:30am, when we were in deep sleep, we heared a sound, and found that the top of the table was broken down on the floor. Glass pcs. were spreaded all across on the floor. We are really surprised about this incident.We logged a complaint next day morning by mail.One of their technician came and took photos of it. Now, they are not agree to take any positive steps in this regard, when we are sure that the said material was completely technically damaged product.

Me and my family are facing huge difficulties without it. And after a deep clean of our floor, those pieces. of glass are still spread here and there, which are very harmful for us. We are little bit became injured with those pieces. We want a replacement or positive reply from Home Land end, immediately
