Homeshop18.com – defective product seller not responding

khaitan air cooler – hit-bit 30 (order no946298563, suborder no 79890027) was purchased online by me on 5th june 2014. the payment was made by me online before delivery. the cost of product was rs 5540/. the product was received by me on 20 june 2014. it was defective and was conveyed by me on June 21. as per their policy customer can return defective product with intimation within 24 hrs. they replied me that they will collect cooler with 72 hrs and refund me back. they collected cooler though on july 1and was delivered to their godown in delhi on july 5 by courier co. since then i have raised many complains via telephone and email but they are not telling me when will my refund be released. even online they dont permit any status for reordered/defective product. seller: pathways marketing ? 5540
