Homeshop18 – Defective Product, No Refund

I ordered Gristones Men’s T-shirts from Homeshop 18 on 7th July,2014.I received T-shirts on 10th July,2014.But,T-shirts were not OK with size,so i registered a complaint regarding replacement and send it back to homeshop 18 on 17th July.After 8 days,on 26th July the same product came back to me with Unknown reason. Then I angrily made complaint for the refund of the product on 28th July.Since then it has been 16 days,but still no-one from Homeshop 18 has contacted me and also they are not responding my e-mails.Also No-one from Homeshop 18 courier services has come to pick my product back. Whenever I call them,they used to advice me to wait for 48-72 hrs.This has been repeated n times.Sometimes I was advised that They won’t refund or replace my product and told me to register a complaint in Consumer Court. Now,I want the Legal action on this Issue from Government Officials as this might be the problem of so many customers. So,Kindly Do the needful as soon as possible. Waiting to here from You.
