I have ordered a Furniture Kraft Metal Sofa Cum Bed for Rs.18200 on 2-06-2014 from HomeShop18 by paying the amount by net banking and as per their offer it was supposed to deliver to me on 17-06-2014. But so far there is no news about it. Once I contacted them, but no positive answer.Today it is 27-06-2014 and no news from them.On 18-06-2014 and 19-06-2014 I was waiting for the product to be received at my home.The mail received from them is attached below. My order No. is 946105xxx

As it is delayed this much, they must deliver the product free of cost and refund the money so that this type of mental tension will not be given to other customers. Kindly do the needful
